San Clemente - Calafia

This is a study I did from last week, and I also painted this in plein air which I may post tomorrow.  The morning marine layer was just starting to dissipate, and the sun started burning through the clouds. The light changed so fast, it turned into a very sunny afternoon, just beautiful with the waves breaking just across the tracks.
