About Me

Landscapes, urban settings, still life, figurative, urban sketching - I like to challenge myself, it inspires my practice. Seeing the world through art informs how I see everything.

My primary medium is watercolor, exploring the endless ways to put water, pigment and paper together to convey a scene through form, color and light.

My favorite thing to do is plein air (open air) painting. Nothing compares to being in the elements - it really makes you want to pick up a brush.
