Still Life #4598

Some paintings name themselves, or concepts are firing in my brain,  but other paintings - at other times... I can't think of a thing other than "Rose with Apple and Garlic".  Still Life #4598 will do.  'Santa Claus' from Cocoa Beach gave me a stack of canvases, which I am starting to dig into - this one is 11x14 and works nicely for this composition.
