Above the Arno

I stumbled upon this little villa after getting lost in the hills in Florence.  I crossed the river Arno with intentions of making my way to the Piazzale Michelangelo which has a beautiful view of the old city.  I went this way and that, and with all the winding streets I didn't find the Piazzale but I found this and other quiet corners in the hills above the Arno.

I have updated the look of my blog, now it is easier to see multiple entries on one page, and it's responsive to all format sizes (phone, tablet, laptop, etc).
