Sunflowers and Marigolds - Earthbound Farms, Carmel

It was a chilly, overcast day in Carmel.  Day one of the recent workshop I took with Lori Putman last week.  This is the 2nd painting/study of the day, of the garden.  Sunflowers and marigolds, and as I was painting one of the men who worked the fields was ripping up the marigolds so I painted fast!
