Everything is Better with Butter

The Farmer's market sells this butter from the Central Valley in California - it is exquisite.  And it is way too expensive, at $11/lb.  But this is like ice cream to me, if there was a Cold Stone Buttery, I would be there telling them what combinations to mix up for me.   By the way, it was a SPLENDID day in San Diego, 75 degrees with a Santa Ana breeze sweeping through.  Minnesota will reach a high of 5 or 10 degrees tomorrow with 50% chance of snow.
