The Mill Pond

Day 31 of Daily Painting. 

This is the bridge that divides the Setauket Mill Pond on Long Island, NY.  That is, I think, Ebert’s house to the right.  The Millpond was THE hangout in my teenage years.  And, maybe more importantly, this area as well as nearby StonyBrook, is the locale of the historical TV series ‘Turn’, about the Revolutionary War.
