Sail Away

It was a stunning weekend with lots to paint outside.  This weekend was the SDWS monthly paintout at Quivera Basin, which is the channel to get out to the ocean from Mission Bay.  There was a demo by Shuang Li, world-reknown Watercolorist.  She has a show in Fallbrook with works painted from local spots in and around San Diego, her work is just beautiful.  This one above was painted from 3 studies I did onsite.
